Meet the Area Team
Individual La Leche League Groups are supported by the Area Team members who provide administrative and organizational functions. You are welcome to contact the Area Team with questions that pertain to La Leche League functions of the Mountain Plains Area. (Please do not send breastfeeding questions.)
This Area reports to La Leche League Alliance for Breastfeeding Education.

The Mountain Plains Area Team along with the LLL Alliance Continuing Education Department, is excited to announce that we are looking for a Leader to fill the role of Area Coordinator of Education (ACE). The ACE promotes and provides continuing education opportunities for Area Leaders and oversees the planning of Area education.
Are you interested in education? Do you have a desire to help other Leaders? Please consider joining us in the Continuing Education Department! Attached is a description of the role’s responsibilities, and a list of questions you can use to explore your interest in this important Area role. Area Media and Communications Coordinator (AMCC)
As you read the description for AMCC, you will notice that there are three positions within this LLL Alliance Department. The Area needs both an Area Leaders’ Letter (ALL) person and an Area Social Media Coordinator (ASMC).
